Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

100% satisfaction is always our goal. Therefore, if you have any issues with your item(s), please do not hesitate to contact us at info@waxxnsweetz.com. 

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All sales are final therefore we are unable to accept refunds at this time. However, in the event you receive the wrong item(s), our Exchange Policy are as follows:

You will have 3 days from the date received to notify us to be eligible. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be returned in its original packaging and you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The shipping cost to exchange the item(s) will be at the expense of the company.

To start a return, you will need to submit a RMA (Request Merchandise Authorization) Form on our website, under the "Forms" section. Once we retrieve your request, you'll receive a RMA number via email. After receiving a RMA number, please note that we will be sending an additional email with further instructions. You can always check the status of your return in the "RMA STATUS" section. Return address is below:

When the item is received back to Wax'n Sweetz, you will be notified via email. Please allow 7-10 days for the item(s) to be inspected and approved/denied for a return/exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a RMA will not be accepted. 

Please note, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, altered merchandise, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as lip balms, soaps, beauty products, etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
